Delivery time and assembly time apply with reservation for interim sales. 1.2 Deviations from quote If the quote is accepted, either in part or with amendments that do not correspond to the quote, the Vendor reserves the right to renegotiate the terms and conditions. 1.3 Documentation Goods damaged in transit shall be indicated on the consignment note prior to acknowledgement and the shipping company shall be informed immediately. The goods shall be unpacked immediately and examined for any hidden damage incurred during transit. This damage shall be reported to the shipper within 7 days. A report shall also be sent to the Vendor. 3.6 Complaints Complaints in respect of the delivery must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery being received. 3.7 Returns Drawings and specifications prepared by the Vendor remain the property of the Vendor and may not be passed to a third party without the Vendor’s express written permission. No returns will be approved without written approval. Shipping and transport insurance shall be paid by the sender. 2 ORDERS Orders must be confirmed in writing or by way of a faxed order confirmation. Acknowledgement of the order confirmation shall be issued within 8 days. Orders may only be cancelled with the agreement of the Vendor. For order values less than SEK 300, we will charge an administration fee of SEK 100. 4 PAYMENT TERMS 30 days net. Late payments will be subject to penalty interest at 8% above the base rate. VAT to be added. 5 GUARANTEE For guarantee information, see the relevant company’s website. 3 DELIVERY 3.1 Delivery terms 6 RIGHT OF OWNERSHIP Any factory, unless otherwise agreed. 3.2 Delivery time All good supplied remain the property of the Vendor until payment has been received in full. Delivery time from the factory will be stated in the order confirmation. Delivery time may be postponed should the Purchaser fail to provide necessary information. 3.3.1 Delivery delay 7 SECURITY A bank guarantee may be required. The cost of this shall be borne by the Purchaser. A late delivery penalty will only be paid if such a mechanism has been specifically agreed between the parties. The Vendor disclaims liability for damages resulting from lost profit, monetary contributions or other indirect damage. 3.3.2 Force majeure etc. We accept no liability for any typesetting errors. We reserve the right to make design changes without prior notice. Deliveries that are prevented from being completed as the result of war, fire, industrial disputes or other force majeure outside the control of the Supplier shall entitle the delivery time to be extended accordingly. If these obstacles make it impossible to complete the delivery or make the delivery significantly difficult to complete, the Supplier shall be released from its liability. For deliveries that have been subject to the above, delayed or cancelled, the Supplier disclaims liability for damages. 3.4 Receipt of goods The Purchaser is responsible for receiving goods and immediately placing them in areas with normal levels of heat and humidity. In the event of there being an omission in a delivery, the Purchaser shall notify the shipper at the time the goods are received. Specified on the consignment note before acknowledgement occurs.
